About the Role

As an operator, you are responsible for monitoring machines and running production in a safe and quality-conscious manner. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other departments and in small teams, requiring good teamwork skills and clear communication. The role demands precision, quality assurance, dexterity, and basic maintenance skills.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an industrial environment and has a strong mindset regarding safety and quality. You are engaged, flexible, and motivated by taking responsibility in your work.

Formal Competence

• Previous experience as an operator, assembler, or similar role
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable Qualifications

• Good machine familiarity or experience working as a machine operator
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
